PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE USING YOUR IMPERFECT PRODUCT

If you are a new customer to our Bee Haven range then please do not judge our quality on the product you have bought or been gifted.  Our imperfects are just that.. IMPERFECT!

We are a compliant cosmetics maufacturer so you can rest assured that every imperfect product is certified and listed on both the EU & GB portals.

Sometimes they aren't even that imperfect, they may be the last product in a delisted range, short-dated or perhaps the essential, or fragrance oil doesn't pack the punch we would like in terms of smell!

Each imperfect costs £2 of which the FULL AMOUNT is donated to our chosen charity Northern Ireland Staffordshire Bull Terrior Rescue.  In the last 12 months (Nov 22-Nov 23) we have raised over £1000 for this wonderful charity who rescue and rehome neglected, abused or homeless staffy dogs!

There may not be a product label on the product you have been given so please look at the list of allergens and information below,  and please do not use if you are sensitive to any of these.  We also advocate undertaking a patch test before using anything, especially if you have sensitive skin.

While many of our customers have sensitive skin and have no issues with our soaps and bath products we have to advise you that you MAY experience skin sensitivity, so therefore we advocate undertaking a patch test before using anything, especially if you have sensitive skin.  To find out how to patch test see the link below.

There are 26 known allergens that may be present naturally in essential oils and synthetically in fragrance oils.  Every oil is different and has different allergens, some may have a lot some may have only one or perhaps no allergens at all... so if you are sensitive to any of the below please avoid our imperfect products:

26 Allergens:  Evernia furfuracea (Tree Moss), Evernia prunastri (Oak moss), Methyl 2-octynoate, Linalool, Limonene, Isoeugenol, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde, Hydroxycitronnellal, Hexyl cinnamal, Geraniol, Farnesol, Eugenol, Coumarin, Coumarin, Citral, Cinnamyl alcohol, Cinnamal, Butylphenyl methylpropional, Benzyl salicylate, Benzyl cinnamate, Benzyl benzoate, Benzyl alcohol, Anise alcohol, Amylcinnamyl alcohol, Amyl cinnamal, Alpha-Isomethyl ionone. 

All of our soaps contain coconut oil, we have 1 soap (Scru-Bee Rose and Sesame) which has sesame seeds, and there may be the presence of oats in some soaps and bath products.

Our bath bombs, bubble bath and shower steamers are vegan however all of our soaps are not as they contain beeswax, SOME soaps also contain lard or tallow which is an animal fat so therefore are not suitable for vegetarians.
