Orders are generally processed on a TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY these are our 'POST DAYS'.
A guideline on order processing times: Our daily order cut off time is 11am, we then require a maximum of 48 hours to process your order before dispatching it on the next 'POST DAY'. We are completely closed on a Sunday and Monday.
We always make a considered effort to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need something dispatched urgently please email us on customerservice@beehavenbodycare.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Delays may occur if we have run out of stock of certain items. We pull our stock for both our shop and the website from one location and handmake everything in small batches.
Should your order processing time fall outside of the guidelines above we will always email you to let you know, discuss the situation and offer an alternative.

TARIFF INFO:
Royal Mail (our shipping partner) now requires all deliveries to the USA to be sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means we must cover the import tariffs (around 10%) upfront, in addition to the regular shipping cost.
Because this fee isn’t calculated at checkout, we’ll email you once your order has been processed with a separate invoice for the additional amount. We’ll need to receive this payment before your order can be dispatched.
If payment isn’t received within 2 weeks, or if we’re unable to reach you due to missing contact details, your order will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adapt to these new shipping requirements.

All orders are posted TRACKED 48 SIGNED via Royal Mail. We will update your order with a tracking number once we have dropped it off at the post office.
In the 5 years that we have been posting, and the thousands of orders we have processed, we could count on one hand the amount of times an order has been lost.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE POST**
If your order cannot be delivered and is left in the local depot for you to pick up, and you do not pick it up within the Royal Mail timeframe, it will then be returned to us and at that point, we will get in touch with you regarding the next steps.
These are - we can post it back out to you, but will require you to cover the cost of shipping (at the moment, this costs us £5.35, for Tracked 48 Signed). Or, we can refund you for the items purchased. We cannot refund you for any postage paid on ordering as we don't recieve a refund from Royal Mail when a package is undelivered/uncollected.
Please ensure your address is correct on ordering, as we assume that it is so. Unless something stands out to us as incorrect, we know no better and would assume that the address given is the correct one. If the order is returned to us with a slip from Royal Mail saying "address incomplete", again we will contact you to get the correct address and as above, will either ask that you cover the cost of the postage again, or we will refund you for the items purchased.
