Orders are generally processed on a TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY. 

Orders placed after 10am on the above postage days will fall into the next postage day. 

However some delays may occur during seasonal times. 

Other delays may occur if we have run out of stock of certain items. We pull our stock for both our shop and the website from one location and handmake everything in small batches. 

The longest you can expect of a delay is the next dispatch day, without notification. However if it will be longer than the next dispatch day we will always notify you and offer alternatives or a refund in the case that you can't wait.

All orders are posted 2nd Class Signed For via Royal Mail. The service gives you a tracking number which we will update your order with, however, 'Signed For' is slightly different to 'Tracked' in the sense that once we drop it off it will say it is in "Ballygowan PO" and the next movement you will see is "Attempted Delivery" or "Successful Delivery". 'Signed For' does not give you a detailed breakdown of delivery stops or an estimated delivery day/time.

In the 5 years that we have been posting, and the thousands of orders we have processed, we could count on one hand the amount of times an order has been lost.
