Rosacea is a common skin condition that causes blushing or flushing and visible blood vessels in your face. A red 'butterfly' mark may be apparent across the nose and cheeks, with dryness and at times small, pus-filled bumps.

I have multple customers who have rosacea and have found the below routine has really helped control the skin condition.  Try to stay away from synthetic washes and gels.. which is most shop bought liquid soaps and cleansers.

Step 1: Remove makeup with one of our beautiful cleansing oils or balms CLICK HERE TO SEE RANGE (emulsify with your fingers) and remove with microfibre Clean Sponge which has been soaked in warm water... your makeup including eye makeup will slide off!

Step 2: Wet Konjac sponge in warm water, using the Lets Bee Clean facial cleansing soap if sensitive, or Let's Bee Clean with Lavender, or prehaps you like a nice fragrance free Goats Milk Soap?  Use the soap to create a nice foam, wash and rinse your face twice.  The honey, beeswax and colloidal oatmeal in this soap will help with the inflammation, dryness and bumps.

Step 3 (Day-time): Apply a bean sized amount of Bee Beautiful honey and beeswax face cream to your face and neck.  For the eyes use a half pump of our honey, beeswax and colloidal oatmeal eyecream for both eyes, lids and undereye.

Step 3 (Night-time):  Use a bean sized amount of The Beekeepers Intense Beauty Balm (includes frankincense oil, rosehip and vit.e) over your face and neck and allow the magic to work over night as you sleep.  If your skin is more sensitive then use the Baby Balm (which has the same base of the beauty balm without the essential oils and rosehip).

We always recommend looking after your friendly gut bacteria balance by eating foods rich in probiotics or taking a daily probiotic supplement like BIO KULT which we sell on our website also. Healthy skin starts from within, and if you look after your gut it will help your skin in return.  Always consult your doctor before taking probiotics if you have any gut issues.
