First off.. if you have skin prone to eczema and psorasis then we advise you to avoid all LIQUID/GEL WASHES, these include shower gels, liquid (shop bought) shampoos, hand washes.. basically anything that lathers and is liquid or gel.  And that is because most of them are made with synthetic detergents (even some solid shampoo bars are made with detergents).  Why do we recommend this course of action?  Well it becuase we have helped hundreds of customers with this advice - they switched synthetic detergents for our natural alternatives and IT WORKED.  It's a minefield out there distingushing between what is and what isn't going to irritate your skin by way of synthetic detergens so to help we have made natural alternatives that are effective, listed below.  Always patch test first.  If you are sensitive in addition then choose the fragrance free options.

Soap Curls -  If you are struggling with the skin on hands due to washing & sanitisation away from home then carry a bag of soap curls with you.  To make these simply cut one of the suggested soap bars above in half and peel the soap into a sandwich bag using a potato peeler. 1 curl = 1 hand-wash.
